Apple Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

🥧 ¼ cup gluten free rolled or steel-cut oats

🥧 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

🥧 1/3 cup coconut milk

🥧 ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

🥧 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

🥧 1 Tbsp Holy Crap Apple Cinnamon

 

DIRECTIONS

▶︎ Place all the ingredients except the sliced apples in a bowl or a glass container. Stir until well combined, then cover and refrigerate overnight.

▶︎ In the morning, stir again and divide into two serving bowls.
